Awake NY has enlisted the likes of Ten C to craft a clean camouflage capsule. Across a range of six earthy-hued garments, the duo delivers key technical pieces ideal for city-goers looking to hide in plain sight.
Pieces are dipped in a camouflage pattern dubbed “Manhattan camo” – which is literally built from the streets of NYC. The camo print is made of the texture of Manhattan schist, one of the city’s oldest bedrocks found across all five boroughs.

The Canadian imprint MAPLE and London-based Sub Sun have joined forces for a new eyewear collaboration. Arriving in time for the sunny days outside ahead, the joint offering extends Sub Sun’s portfolio of eyewear collaborations while staying rooted in both brands’ exaltation of music and underground culture.
For the new collab, the brands work together on the 004 sunglasses, which is a staple frame in the Sub Sun arsenal. What leads the frame’s design is an angular, 90’s-inspired shape, which is made from Mazzucchelli acetate. So for the collaboration, the two brands toss the frames in tortoise frames with blue lenses. Additionally, the shades include 100% UV protection.

The latest collaborative effort revives the classic 1998-released New Balance 1000 model, with the sneaker first showcased at Paris Fashion Week. The is arriving in two colorways, the first embraces a slew of earthy tones, as washed and almost metallic shades of brown and black merge together throughout. The second takes on a brighter approach, as tones of sliver and pink combine across the lateral sides and upper.
