HAJIME SORAYAMA X XLARGE

Sorayama has teamed up with streetwear brand XLARGE to release a limited collection highlighting his works from his exhibition at Japan’s NANZUKA gallery. The collection consists of black and white pocket tees featuring large graphics of his signature sexy robot and a Trex, with collaborative metallic branding on the front and back. The tees also introduce a heroic female ninja wearing a metallic chain armor and a reinterpretation of Joan of Arc. Additionally, the capsule includes two rayon button-ups–one which presents an all-over print with variations of Sorayama’s leg illustrations, and the other displaying an erotic collage inspired by Japanese Edo and Meiji cult culture.

ORION – I WANT YOU SO BAD

Orion brings Cybernetic Noir to the Italians Do It Better family on their sophomore single “I Want You So Bad”. Recorded in a bedroom in Rhode Island & mixed by label head Johnny Jewel in Los Angeles, “I Want You So Bad” gives us a glimpse into Orion’s upcoming LP on Italians Do It Better out later this year. Inspired by Cyberpunk & Giallo films, the group explores their love of analog synthesis & Italo Disco through the lens of a Dystopian Fantasia.

ROY BUDD – THE INTERNECINE PROJECT

Composed and recorded in 1974, The Internecine Project is a classic Roy Budd score, released on vinyl for the very first time. Coming from the “peak” Roy Budd period – post Carter and pre Diamonds – this score neatly bridges the two with Carter-like hypnotic jazz driven cues and superb Diamonds style drama.

The film itself was a slick British thriller directed by Ken Hughes, set in a gloomy London and based around espionage and murder. The plot is simple; former spy Robert Elliot (the ice cool James Coburn – with interesting facial hair and equally as interesting wardrobe) is given a big government job. In order to cut all questionable ties and clean up his rather grubby past he devises a plan in which all of his dodgy associates unwittingly kill each other on the same night – and in alphabetical order. The film’s unusual and often misspelt name comes from the word internecine – the definition of which is conflict within a group.

Made exclusively for Supreme, the RTG Jacket + Vest features a waterproof, fully seam-sealed GORE-TEX nylon jacket with a removable, waterproof and hydration-compatible GORE-TEX nylon utility vest. The RTG Backpack and RTG Utility Pouch feature durable, water resistant nylon with Cordura yarn.
